Redefine Immigration Solutions Inc. is a Canada based Immigration consultancy. We are expanding in India and are opening a new branch in Jalandhar, Punjab. We are therefore looking to hire a dedicated, self-motivated, and hard-working professional for the position of Receptionist/ Admin in our company.

**Receptionist/Admin duties and responsibilities**:

- Create a welcoming environment by greeting guests, answering phone calls, directing clients, and taking messages for employees
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Take customer complaints or issues and pass them on to the appropriate parties
- Schedule and maintain the calendar of company executives
- Coordinate the booking and setting up of meeting rooms
- Organize and file company documents either electronically or with a paper filing system
- Provide support for teams when necessary
- Creating invoices and managing receipts
- Preparing spreadsheets and other related reports
- Purchasing office supplies and dealing with vendors and suppliers
- Maintaining all office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and photocopiers
- Delivering mail and sending faxes as needed
- Must be able to fulfill other duties as they may arise

**Receptionist/Admin skills and qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year experience preferred
- Able to prioritize activities, especially when there is a high volume of tasks
- Attention to detail to ensure that all company memos are free of any errors
- Experience with office software and equipment
- Competency in writing reports and handling presentations
- Strong organizational skills to keep multiple calendars organized
- Administrative skills to be able to use basic computer programs including Microsoft Office

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- CHOTI BARADARI, Jalandhar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
