**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Placement Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in placing our high-quality trained students into reputable companies, enhancing our brand impact, and showcasing successful placements to attract new students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and nurture strong relationships with a wide range of employers across various industries to secure placement opportunities for our graduates.
- Highlight the versatility and competence of our accounting and finance professionals to potential employers.
- Assist students with resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies to boost their employability across multiple sectors.
- Collaborate with faculty and program coordinators to ensure our curriculum aligns with industry standards and requirements.
- Organize career fairs, networking events, and employer presentations to connect students with industry professionals from diverse fields.
- Track and report on placement metrics, including job placement rates, student satisfaction, and employer feedback.
- Make cold calls to potential employers to establish new placement opportunities and maintain ongoing communication.
- Stay updated on industry trends, job market dynamics, and changes in accounting and taxation regulations to provide accurate career guidance to students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. A background in accounting or finance is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in career counseling, talent acquisition, or a similar role, preferably within the accounting and taxation industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong networking abilities and the capacity to build and maintain relationships with employers and industry professionals.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with resume writing, interview techniques, and job search strategies.
- Proficiency in working with CRM software or applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
