This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate placement activities for students enrolled in fire and safety and lift technology courses.
  • Liaise with employers to identify job vacancies and internship opportunities.
  • Maintain a database of job vacancies and internship opportunities.
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews between students and prospective employers.
  • Provide support and guidance to students throughout the job placement process.
  • Monitor and track the progress of students' job placements.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on job vacancies, interview calls, and placement outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, placement, or career counseling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
  • Knowledge of the fire and safety and lift technology industries is preferred.
