- Formulate and implement the organization’s financial plans and keep up-to-date account records.
- **Payment of Bills**:

- Ensuring timely payment of loans, grants and bills.

- Preparing and monitoring the payroll system.
- Ensuring suppliers and vendors are paid according to the set time limits
- **Financial Risk Management**:

- Providing reliable and pertinent information for allocation of funds.
- Controlling of capital expenditures in all departments improving transparency and accountability.
- Pinpoint assets and respond to risks that might affects the hospital goals.
- **Review of Documents**:

- Ensuring all transactions are covered by adequate sanctions and do not have any deviations.

**Work experience**:
5 to 10 years in the same field, preferably with hospital background

**Skills**:
Should posses sound knowledge of accounts, statutory alliances, payroll process, accounting techniques, management skills, communication and softskills

**Education**:
B.Com / M B A in Finance
