**Responsibilities**:
1. Generate accurate invoices promptly for courier services.

2. Ensure timely payment collection and follow up on outstanding invoices.

3. Maintain billing records and reconcile discrepancies.

4. Coordinate courier dispatch schedules and routes.

5. Liaise with drivers for smooth pickup and delivery.

6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.

7. Organize files and documentation.

8. Prepare reports on billing activities.

9. Issue or post bill receipt or invoices.

10. Report on billing activities.

**Requirements**:
1. Excellent communication skills.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

3. Strong organizational abilities.

4. Attention to detail in billing.

5. Ability to work independently and in a team.

6. Prior relevant experience preferred.
