Virtual Receptionist

We are a custom window company in Maryland, USA that is looking for virtual receptionist. You will be first point of contact for all incoming communication.

As a receptionist your primary responsibilities are:
1. Answering and directing phone calls: The virtual receptionist is responsible for answering incoming phone calls, taking leads and entering into the CRM and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
2. Managing appointments: The virtual receptionist is responsible for managing appointments and scheduling meetings. This may include using online scheduling software to organize appointments and ensure that team members are available. When capturing leads you will be setting up appointments also for the sales reps and the home owners.
4. Performing administrative tasks: The virtual receptionist may be responsible for performing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing.
5. Maintaining a professional and efficient work environment: The virtual receptionist must maintain a professional and efficient work environment to provide high-quality services to clients.

Overall, the virtual receptionist plays a critical role in ensuring that the company maintains a professional image and provides excellent customer service. They must have excellent communication skills, be comfortable with technology, and be able to work independently.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
- Weekend availability
