**About Client**: ''Our Client, which has produced some of the most popular quality dramas in India’s streaming market today, will bring to life the All3Media’s comedy drama Shameless, created originally by Paul Abbot and Company Pictures for Channel 4 and the Two Brothers Pictures crime drama Strangers aka White Dragon originally created for ITV in the UK and written by Mark Denton, Jonny Stock wood, Marston Bloom, Harry & Jack Williams. As part of the agreement, In India Production will adapt and develop these two titles for the Indian market and source a commission for the two dramas in India. This collaboration allows both entities to scale greater heights and reach wider audiences in India through the adaptation of these premium British formats for the local market.

**Job Role**:

- Plan, organise and re-schedule diaries, to manage time effectively.
- Co-ordinate business travel and accommodation arrangements to make best use of time and control costs. Suggesting alternatives where appropriate.
- Ensure Senior Management is prepared for meetings at all times - preparing paperwork, printing off documents, data collation and meeting reminders.
- Preparation and distribution of documentation understanding confidentiality requirements where necessary.
- Process Expense claims
- Preparing Minutes of Meeting.
- Support visiting BBC executives with travel and hotel arrangements
- Assisting with office set up inc, printing facilities, telephone lists, stationary, office supplies, blocking of meeting room, Organizing VC and Town Hall, drafting letters,
- Processing invoices on SAP and liaising with finance teams where appropriate
- Taxi bookings, courier and postal services
- PR Coordination
- Legal Administration Work - work along with the legal team to send documents for execution via docu sign/physically. Follow up on the execution of all documents with internal and external clients; file all documents in the system (online and hard copies), co-ordinate with finance on the stamp papers and stamping vendor.
