**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for promoting aluminium foils, containers and plastic containers in International

Market. Business development in International Market to generate enquiries and sales and
grow market share.
- Focus on finding new customers, and promoting and selling the company's products.
- To initiate and lead the preparation of bid documents and undertake international bid participation/presentations/submissions as required.
- Responsibility to handle customer calls and follow-ups, quotation price negotiation, finalizing the quotation, meeting with customers, payment terms and delivery terms till order execution and payment receipt.
- Strong sales and marketing background, proven track record, target-oriented, good communication skills, analytical and presentation skills.
- Well versed in international business practices, agreements. export data ,pricing of various product segments.
- Adequate Commercial knowledge for export shipments/documentation /registration procedures /regulatory practices.
- Should be able to guide and motivate a team of Export Executives to achieve their business targets.
- Dynamic personality and a team man who can guide and train a team of Export executives under him/her.
