**Who we are looking for**

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our organization as the EVP Farmer Commerce. This role requires a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual who will be responsible for driving the revenue growth within the Plantix Farmer department. You should possess exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills to fulfill this role.

**Responsibilities**
- Revenue Growth: Take full ownership of our revenue targets for the Plantix Farmer department.
- Monetization Strategy: Create a comprehensive monetization strategy, considering various revenue streams and business models. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for generating revenue within the farmer commerce sector.
- Autonomy: Work independently and autonomously, demonstrating self-direction and a proactive approach to achieve departmental objectives.
- Department Creation: Build the Farmer Commerce Department from scratch, including defining the department's structure, processes, and KPIs. Recruit and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Closely collaborate with the product department to realize the business opportunities.
- Business development: Identify and establish business partnerships and collaborations with agricultural companies that want to market their products in Plantix.

**Your profile**
- Over 6 years of experience in business leadership.
- Proven experience developing and executing business strategy.
- Proven track-record across all key functions required to create a team and drive revenue targets.
- History of decision-making based on business metrics (data driven mind).
- Significant general management and P&L experience.
- Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach.
- MBA preferred.
- Strong communicator with excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong presentation skills proven at the C-level.
