Create company’s commercial invoice for shipments originating from offshore suppliers to Caribbean clients

Create company’s packing list to clients for all offshore and domestic based shipments

Monitor and track the flow of goods for all active projects and POs

Perform data entry into ERP system to ensure that status of all inventoried items in transit are up to date Requirements
- Self motivated team player with excellent planning, organizing and communication skills
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly both with the written and spoken word
- Working knowledge and experience in ERP, MS Dynamics GP preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
- Ability to work under time constraints and handle multiple tasks with little or no supervision to produce a quality product in a timely fashion
- Experience working in a multi-cultural, multi-national environment, working through issues and

achieving resolution to challenging problems with little or no supervision
- Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Demonstrated ability to be productive, positive and pro-active in a stressful work environment, by prioritizing work and adapting to changing work demands
- English language fluency - verbal and written required

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
