Job Responsibilities:

- Review Projects w.r.t. the scope, deliverables, effort planned vs actual, FTE etc.
- Ensure adherence to process for billing, project extension through CR, sign-off formalities during project closures etc.
- Solution review, Quality check of the projects being delivered and report out. Ensure all activities have defined procedures and are adhered to during the delivery.
- Initiate and report out Customer Satisfactory Survey and execute improvement plans.
- Ensure overall governance of the business, help maintain risk registrar with mitigation plans for each project.
- Ensure compliance to customer requirements on Information Security, adherence to HPE policies and any regulatory and statutory requirements from the Government.
- Prepare monthly Governance and compliance Dashboard, with the health of each project and report out.
- Review existing processes and develop new processes as required.
- Actively participate in new initiatives such as CMMi, ISO 27001 etc.
- Ensure Organizational Readiness to Information Security Management System (ISMS), with reference to ISO 27001 standard and successful audits.

Experience/Knowledge:

- Experience in IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) role with in-depth understanding / experience in end-to-end life cycle of the IT projects.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT Services as a consultant delivering projects for one or more technologies.
- Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile projects is a plus.
- Involved in process development, quality improvement initiative etc.
- Experience / knowledge in quality domains such as CMMi, ISO 90001 etc.
- Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL Expert, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt etc. are preferred.
- Preferred to have experience in Project Management, Solution Architecture, project reviews and audits.
- Experience implementing ISO 27001 standard is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,012,630.07 - ₹1,366,758.24 per year
