Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all information security related requirements and compliances for allocated business function
- Coordinate with various stakeholders of the business function, at various office locations across India, to ensure compliances related to ISO 27001:2013 (Information Security) and ISO 27701:2019 (Data Privacy).
- Assist in implementation/ enforcement of the security policy/ procedures in the function
- Conduct periodic security compliance reviews for the function against defined standards/ policies, and facilitate to close any identified control gaps within time
- Conduct periodic information risk assessment and risk treatment for the function
- Manage client queries and security audits, for the function
- Ensuring IT Business Continuity (BIA and IT-DR) requirements for the function are met
- Strive for continuous improvement of internal security processes/ controls environment in the function
- Facilitate for actioning any ad-hoc security requirements and security exceptions for the function
- Reporting and preparing dashboards of the security posture and compliance status of the function for senior management
**Skill Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in IT/ Computer Science/ cyber security or a related field required; Master’s would be a plus
- Min. 2 years relevant experience (mandatory) of working in cyber/ information security GRC/ risk & compliances/ implementation/ sustenance field
- In-depth knowledge (mandatory) of ISO 27001 standard and control requirements
- Experience of working on ITGC controls or Application related controls (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Data Privacy/ GDPR concepts and controls would be an added advantage
- CISA, CISSP, CISM, or any other certification related to Information Security would be a plus
- Excellent written & verbal communication (mandatory), and PPT making skills
- Business writing and presentation skills both oral and written
- Experience of dealing with all levels of management and across different teams/ multiple stakeholders across regions; and ability to manage conflicts with ease
- Highly independent, self-motivated individual with high ethical standards and integrity
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Working knowledge of SharePoint would be good to have
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- An eye for detail and meticulous in work
- Ability to build collaborative and inclusive relationships within and outside of the firm
