Job Title: Female Executive Assistant for DIRECTOR

Location: Saharanpur(U.P)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support:

- Provide high-level administrative support to company executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

2. Communication and Liaison:

- Maintain open lines of communication within the organization and with external partners.

3. Departmental Coordination:

- Facilitate communication and coordination among different departments within the organization.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications.

4. Meeting Management:

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure necessary materials are distributed in advance.
- Record and distribute minutes of meetings as needed.

5. Travel Arrangements:

- Make travel arrangements for executives, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
