**Job Description**:
The Manufacturing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the parallelactivities related to the development and manufacturing of cameras and related products for Norden.

The primary duties of the Manufacturing Coordinator will include:
**Coordinating with 3rd party Al people**: The Manufacturing Coordinator will be responsible forensuring that an agreement is reached with any 3rd party Al people that are required for thedevelopment of the cameras. This will involve working closely with the WDN team to confirm theneed for such an agreement and to ensure that it meets the required specifications.

**Housing development**: The Manufacturing Coordinator will oversee the exploration anddevelopment of the housing for the cameras. This will involve exploring various options for housingincluding compact dome, full dome, full bullet, big bullet, and box housing, and then concluding onthe final number of housing options to be developed.

**Open BOM with costing**: The Manufacturing Coordinator will work with the WDN team to developan open BOM (Bill of Materials) that includes costing for the high-level components required for thecameras such as sensors, chipsets, lenses, TPM modules, heaters, fans, etc.

**Sustenance plan**: The Manufacturing Coordinator will be responsible for discussing the sustenanceplan with WDN upfront and also internally to ensure that it is well understood and executed.

**Certification support**: The Manufacturing Coordinator will ensure that WDN can assure that thecameras will pass the required certifications, including CE, FCC, UL 62358, UL28O1, UL Cybersecurity(U12900), Cert-in, RoHS, WEEE, REACH, GDPR, SIRA, IEC/EN 62726, FIPS L4O-1, OWASB BtS, etc. Theywill also ensure that any changes required in the Firmware/source code to get the certifications arewithin the scope of WDN.

**Mll support**: The Manufacturing Coordinator will provide support for Mll (Make ln tndia) prior todevelopment to declare class ll. They will also define the SKD and CKD costing and support modeland explore any shortcuts for imported cameras to have Mll. The Coordinator will ensure that VVDNcan support Ex Proof Mll and extend support for Mobile NVR, Body worn, and Thermal products.

**BIS Plan**: The Manufacturing Coordinator will determine whether the lndia BIS (Bureau of lndianStandards) should be taken in their address or our address, and which products require BlS.

**Daughter Board**: The Manufacturing Coordinator will explore the price difference if two sockets foradd-on daughter boards are required to be left on the motherboard.

**WDN scope**: The Manufacturing Coordinator will ensure that anything not covered in WDN's scope,such as VMS (Video Management System), cloud, P2P, etc., 's well understood and addressed by therelevant parties.The Manufacturing Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all activities are executed withinthe agreed timelines and budgets, and that all stakeholders are well informed of any issues that mayarise during the process. They will also be responsible for maintaining strong communicationchannels with the WDN team and other relevant parties to ensure that any updates or changes arewell understood and acted upon promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience working in project management or coordination roles, particularly in the
- technology or electronics industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with
- various stakeholders involved in the project.
- Good analytical skills to identify problems and propose solutions.
- Knowledge of certification processes and regulations related to electronic products.
- Familiarity with product development processes, including BOM management, cost
- estimation, and quality control.
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to collaborate effectively with
- people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
