**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- You will be responsible for reaching out and supporting customers in their car buying journey with Spinny.
- You will play a critical role in customer engagement and must understand customer requirements to recommend products according to their needs.

**Requirements**:

- Sales Consultants are expected to be go-getters who are agile and high on energy
- Excellent verbal communication skills - English and Kannada.
- Must have good analytical skills
- Should be persistent, smart, and quick to respond to customers
- Must be willing to learn about automobile

Responsibilities include:

- Building a relationship with the customer over call as the first point of contact from Spinny
- Engaging in active listening with callers, making recommendations for products or services that may enhance their journey
- Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
- Understanding and striving to exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service
- Scheduling customer visits to retail hubs for the hub teams to take further Requirements:

- 1+ years relevant work experience in call center / BPO / tele-sales
- Graduate degree
- Fluent verbal communication skills - English and Tamil
- Demonstrated experience in Sales

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
