**Job Description: Customer Service Executive**
**Employer**: A growing perfume brand
**Work location**: Kirti Nagar, Delhi (metro station pickup & drop provided in office car)
**Working days & timings**: Monday - Friday in office (1st & 3rd Saturday are work from home), 10am - 7pm
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve customer complaints; escalate complex issues when necessary.
- **Order Management**: Assist with order placements, changes, and tracking; coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams.
- **Product Knowledge**: Understand our fragrance products and provide personalized recommendations.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect feedback and suggest improvements; maintain accurate records in CRM software.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members; participate in training and meetings.
- **Customer Engagement**: Support customer loyalty strategies and marketing initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
**- 6 months to 1.5 year in customer service, preferably in D2C or retail.**
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to multitask.
