**Position Overview**: The City Captain/Regional Operations Manager is a dynamic leadership role at UnoMiru, responsible for driving the company's growth and success within a specific region. This position involves managing a diverse team, overseeing daily operations, cultivating strong client relationships, and executing sales strategies that align with UnoMiru's goals.
The City Captain plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all VR photoshoots and related services meet UnoMiru's high standards of quality and are delivered on time. They are also the primary point of contact for clients in their region, responsible for ensuring exceptional service and maintaining long-term client satisfaction.
Additionally, the City Captain is tasked with conducting market analysis, implementing targeted sales strategies, and forging local partnerships that enhance UnoMiru's brand presence. They are responsible for achieving revenue targets, mentoring their team, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Operational Leadership**: Supervise and lead a team of photographers, interns, and staff members. Ensure that all photoshoots, particularly VR 360 projects, are conducted on schedule and meet quality standards.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Engage with clients, addressing their needs, resolving concerns, and exceeding their expectations through consistent communication and high-quality service delivery.
- **Market Analysis and Strategy Implementation**: Conduct regular market research to identify trends and opportunities, implement sales strategies, and establish local partnerships to expand UnoMiru’s presence.
- **Sales and Revenue Growth**: Set and achieve revenue targets, promote additional services, and develop plans to generate and convert new leads.
- **Team Development and Training**: Mentor interns and junior staff, organize training sessions, and provide performance feedback to ensure the team operates effectively.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and prepare reports on sales performance, market conditions, and team productivity.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities and content creation, and assist in organizing local events to showcase UnoMiru’s capabilities.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in operations management, sales, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent client relationship management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and implement strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Familiarity with market analysis tools and CRM software.
