Property captains ensure that all the rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard. Directly manage the Housekeeping and ensures strict compliance with property policies and processes.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for operational efficiency, profitability and tenant satisfaction.
- To ensure the smooth functioning of the property and dealing with all tenant problems.
- Training all staff in proper service and etiquette, dealing with all potential security issues.
- Property maintenance and appearances.
- Team leader good communication skill.

**Skills**
- Good interpersonal and customer service
- Should have outstanding problem solving capacity,
- Must be able to deal politely and efficiently with guests/tenants to make sure that they are satisfied with the service.
- Good supervisory skills to lead and motivate a team.
- Work under pressure particularly when tenants have complaints.

**Minimum Qualification**:
Bachelors in Hotel in Management( Fresher or prior experience will be an added advantage)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
