- Order Management Reporting._

- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee to join our Order Management team as Senior Reporting Analyst._
- Responsibilities_
- The Role demands for a highly qualified professional and will be responsible for all the activities related to -_
- _Generate detailed reports on customer tickets, inquiries, and reasons for distribution exceptions (OS&D)._
- _Conduct in-depth reviews of service performance metrics, providing strategic insights for both internal and external stakeholders._
- _Track and report on customer service levels (SLAs), ensuring alignment with internal and external expectations._
- _Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to order management, proactively identifying areas for improvement._
- _Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address loss identifiers, playing a pivotal role in implementing improvement projects._
- _Drive the strategic direction of the Order Management Reporting team, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to best practices._
- _Actively participate in customer initiatives, providing leadership in conference calls, visits, and weekly meetings to understand and address customer requirements and expectations._
- _Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence._
- _Deliver regular updates to internal stakeholders on the status of order management performance and improvement initiatives._
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _BCOM/ MCOM/ MBA/ BBA or any relevant qualification with good years of experience_
- _Proven experience in reporting and analysis, preferably in Order Management or a similar role._
- _Worked on SAP ERP- preferably Order Management_
- _Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools and Microsoft Excel._
- _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills._
- _Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of reporting._
- _Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment._
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar_
- _Experience in developing and automating reports to streamline the reporting process._
- _Understanding of order management systems and their integration with reporting tools._
- _Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team._
- _Proactive attitude towards staying updated with industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics._
