Associate Accounts Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record financial transactions in the accounting system (Zoho Books).
- Prepare financial statements and reports for the company.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly.
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns.
- Respond to vendor and customer inquiries related to the Accounts & Finance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks related to the company as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting or related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books etc.,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
