**Job Title**: Front Desk Executive
**Work Days & Time**: 6 days working (Any two saturdays off) General Shift
The Front Desk Executive serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional atmosphere in the organization. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greeting and welcoming guests with a positive attitude.
Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
Managing inquiries and providing accurate information about the organization and its services.
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Coordinating appointments and scheduling meetings.
Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk area.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
Handling any customer or visitor concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
Performing other duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
