Operations Executive

We are looking for an Operations Executive to join our team and take responsibility for the management of Reservations. The role will involve making reservations and travel arrangements for our guests as per requisition received from the sales department.

1. Primarily responsible to ensure travel arrangements on time.

2. Making reservations of Hotel, Taxi, Flight, Train, etc as per guest’s requirements.

3. Co-ordinate with Sales department to ensure smooth & proper receiving of guest requirements.

4. Following-up for timely response from suppliers.

5. Negotiating with suppliers in terms of services & financials.

6. Co-ordinating with accounts team to ensure financial clearances of files & generate booking vouchers.

7. Create & update records of our guests.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
