**Roles and Responsibilities**

Ø **Making calls to the customer for fixing an appointment for the site visit.**

Ø **Arranging Physical customer site visits.**

Ø **Guiding and explaining project details to the customers.**

Ø **Regular Follow up with customers for the booking.**

Ø **Making good relationships with the back-office & Builder sales team.**

Ø **Keep accurate records of calls & conversions.**

Ø **Work with the Sales team for Client appointments & achieve conversion**

Ø **Once the lead is qualified defined process is to ensure every qualified lead is aggressively followed for site visits**

**Skills Set Required**:
Good communication skills.

Good Presentation & Behavioral Skill.

**Compensation**: Experienced - 15,000 to 20,000 thousand
