**Sales Executive**:
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in Tele calling for Sales
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Proficiency in Multiple languages (is an add-on)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
**Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or another related field.
**Description**:
We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Tele-caller to join our Sales Department. Your main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to the existing customers as well as potential customers. As a Tele-caller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Inbound & Outbound Sales
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Closing sales deals
- Keeping records of all the sales phone calls and sales deals
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis
- Monitoring sales performance

- A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
- The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
- The capability to flourish in a competitive environment
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Great command of MS Office, CRM and BRM tools
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
