Customer Service Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within established guidelines.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Stay up-to-date on product information and company policies.
**Qualification**
- Bachelor Degree in Related Field
- 1 year experience required
- Female required only.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
**Salary**: ₹11,085.54 - ₹35,704.54 per month
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
