**Job Summary**:
**Unique Properties** is seeking a highly motivated & experienced **CRM Executive** to join our team at Head Office location. The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer relationships for our **Real Estate Construction Company**. This includes managing customer interactions, resolving customer complaints, analyzing customer feedback, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues regarding payments & agreement in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to the management team.
- Develop and maintain customer databases and records.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and communication with customers.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform customer relationship strategies.
- Update Bookings in the System.
- Handling Loan process and agreement process.
- Preparation of Agreement to sale.
- Issuance of Receipts, Demand Letter, NOC or any other document required by the customers or bank.
- Generating of allotment letters, Possession letters and NOC and ensure no delay/no mistake regarding any documentation process.
- Follow-up for disbursement/payment with customer/bank.
- Managing receivable collection from existing customers.
- Updating monthly collection report and sharing with management.
- Ensure collection targets are achieved as desired by the management.
- Coordination with site personnel for handover of apartment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of real estate and construction industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
