- **Time Management**: Capacity to manage time effectively to make a high volume of calls while maintaining quality standards.
- **Resilience**: Ability to handle rejection or objections from customers and maintain motivation to achieve sales targets.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to changes in scripts, sales strategies, or customer requirements as necessary.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Making Outbound Calls**: Initiating outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services offered by the company.
- **Handling Inbound Calls**: Receiving inbound calls from customers inquiring about products or services, providing information, and resolving inquiries or complaints.
- **Lead Generation**: Generating leads by identifying potential customers through cold calling or following up on leads from marketing campaigns.
- **Maintaining Records**: Recording details of customer interactions, inquiries, or complaints accurately in the company's database or CRM system.
- **Follow-up**: Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products or services purchased and addressing any additional needs or concerns.
- **Adhering to Scripts**: Following predefined scripts or sales pitches provided by the company while making outbound calls to maintain consistency and effectiveness in communication.
- **Meeting Targets**: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets set by the company.
- **Continuous Learning**: Staying updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to improve performance and achieve sales objectives.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
