**Position Overview**
**Location**: Chennai (ECR - Uthandi)
**Position Title**: Sales Executive-Contractual
**Function**: Business Markets
- India+ (Customer Experience)
**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive all walk-in queries in the store.
- Make sure that the customer receives a warm welcome at the showroom, is made comfortable and is offered appropriate refreshments.
- Conduct a need analysis with the customer, vehicle demonstrations, and test drives to create a unique product experience that makes customers feel the need to buy an RE.
- Demonstrate strong product and customer understanding to build trust and offer customers the right products from the portfolio.
- Facilitating test rides in-store and at home/office
- Engage customers on riding initiatives of RE/ dealer and other in-use elements
- Check for finance requirements, cross-selling opportunities for gears and accessories from the customer
- Guide the customer through the complete decision-making process all the way from enquiry to the booking
- Showcase strong customer orientation and ensure the customer has an RE brand experience through the sales process, right from first contact to booking.
- Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets set in line with dealership sales appendix.
- Drive sales for the dealers by selling profitably and maximizing value-added services sales.
- Assist the CRE sales in carrying out lost case analysis.

- 3-5 years of experience in sales
- Possess an analytical and logical thinking process.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Qualification**: Any graduate on a full-time basis and no diploma holders.
