**Job Title
- CRM Executive**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and address customer issues and concerns promptly.
- Measure and track customer satisfaction metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer experience management.
- Drive initiatives to improve customer retention and lifetime value.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in customer service or customer experience management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Knowledge of industry trends in customer experience management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
