Key Responsibilities:
Documentation Management:

- Prepare, manage, and organize all documentation related to security equipment services, including service contracts, reports, and maintenance logs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service activities, equipment installations, and client communications.
- Ensure proper filing of documents, both physical and electronic, for easy retrieval and audit purposes.

NOC (No Objection Certificate) Handling:

- Process and prepare No Objection Certificates (NOC) for clients as per industry regulations and project requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities, clients, and vendors to acquire necessary approvals and clearances.
- Ensure timely submission of NOCs to ensure project deadlines are met.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure all service and installation activities comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and safety protocols.
- Monitor the progress of necessary documentation and NOC approvals to avoid delays in project timelines.
- Liaise with legal and compliance teams to ensure all documents are accurate and complete.

Client Coordination:

- Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding documentation and NOC-related inquiries.
- Assist clients in understanding the documentation requirements for equipment services or installations.
- Provide support to clients in obtaining necessary approvals or certificates for security systems.

Internal Coordination:

- Collaborate with field engineers, service teams, and project managers to ensure proper documentation is maintained throughout service delivery.
- Assist in tracking equipment servicing schedules, warranties, and other key service documents.
- Support the team in completing internal reports, inspections, and compliance assessments
