Job Description Summary: What you need to know about the role - Our Associates are program implementation and operational leads with strong organizational skills and extensive knowledge of digital marketing. We partner closely with global marketing teams, to understand and consult all aspects of owned channel marketing campaigns and programs ensuring smooth, and efficient delivery. Agility is a key attribute of this role. Meet our team - The Global Program delivery team is part of our wider Marketing Operations and Transformation organization. We are the ultimate collaborators, partnering with cross-functional teams (marketing, channel ops, legal, product, agencies, etc.), ensuring all initiatives and their requirements are followed as planned and in a timely manner. Thanks to our broad knowledge of processes and digital channels we are proactive in optimizing our ways of working and tools to bring simplicity, efficiency and to generate enduring impact.

**Your day**-**to-day**
- You work collaboratively with Marketing and Channel Operations members to effectively orchestrate the execution of a marketing program
- You partner with marketing stakeholders to consult on a variety of complex programs and campaigns across owned and paid touchpoints with the mindset of driving efficiency and process governance
- You have a solution focused mindset to effectively clear obstacles and find solutions to challenges, enabling the team to move through the end-to-end marketing process successfully
- You will work with PD leads to support Segment monthly capacity planning and ensure capacity utilisation and metrics are reported in a timely manner.
- You are an Agile champion, and you drive adoption and excellence within our single marketing platform (SMP), Azure DevOps.
- You embed new agile ways of working across the team you support, ensuring work in progress flows as planned with smooth handovers between Marketing and Channel Operations.
- You deliver team onboarding and provide SMP training to new marketers.
- You develop, maintain and grow key relationships to help drive PayPal’s business goals and work well with your leads to orchestrate the implementation of key strategies within the Program Delivery team.
- You will actively engage and contribute on change management process globally and share discovery and learnings to improve ways of working
- You leverage agile retrospectives to help the team constantly reflect and identify ways to improve.

**What do you need to bring**
- 5-8 years of experience in project management, marketing, digital marketing, channel operations or marketing operations. And ideally experience working in an agile environment or as part of an agile transformation.
- You possess strong organizational, executional and analytical skills and have experience managing multiple projects and keeping people on track and on time.
- You have technical skills and experience with building digital campaigns in various tools.
- You are a dynamic individual with fast and innovative thinking skills.
- You are passionate about problem solving.

- You have a strong attention to detail
- You are confident with clear, strong communication skills
- You are able to work autonomously in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- You have the flexibility to work within multiple time zones.

- You will have some knowledge of agile concepts such as practices used to build high performing teams, iterative development and psychological safety. Beneficial to have PMI Agile Certifications (DASM, PMI-ACP DASSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), LeSS, ICAgile, Kanban or SAFe certifications a PLUS
- You will have had experience working on program management platforms or tools like Azure DevOps, Jira or similar.
