- Responding to customer's queries and offer after-sales support when requested
- Co-Ordinate with B2C & B2B Customers for existing and New Sales, Rentals & other business services
- Identify B2B and B2C leads and maintain regular database
- Develop new leads and maintain business relations with customers for regular.
- Personal Visit to client’s place if demanded
- Offer commercial offers to clients and enquire for more requirements
- Co-Ordinate between Customers and technical team to handle tech queries.
- Maintain general payables and receivables from Customers
- Identify new clients base through various known sources
- Proven experience in sales and well-organized
- Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
- Provide the necessary support to the field sales team.
- Be a point of reference for colleagues and customers
- Adhere to sales monthly targets, ensure a solid and long-lasting development of the company.
- Facilitate the team’s activities to maximize individual's performance
- Good computer skills (MS Office) & Proficiency in English
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field;
**certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
