**What can I expect from this role?**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, and market research. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in marketing and work with a passionate team in a fast-paced environment.

**What will my work responsibilities look like if I join Nymble?**
- **
Social Media Management**: Assist in managing and growing our social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Create engaging content, schedule posts, and respond to user interactions.
- ** Market Research**: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer demographics to identify potential opportunities and areas for improvement in our marketing strategies.
- ** Digital Advertising**: Assist in the execution of digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and display advertising.
- ** Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor marketing performance metrics and assist in generating reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- ** Event Support**: Participate in the planning and execution of marketing events, both online and offline, to promote brand awareness and engage with the target audience.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to support overall marketing initiatives.

**What makes you a match for us?**
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or recently graduated).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
