Customer Success Expert

Mode of Work: Remote | Individual Contributor( 1 or 2 month training at
Bengaluru office)
**Responsibilities**
- Manage accounts of multiple clients. Provide end-to-end solutions from understanding their requirements to provide deliverables.
- Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
- Create and maintain relationships with clients to better understand and achieve their needs
- Make visits to our clients to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
- Work on KPIs and KRAs for the assigned accounts
- Improvise operations’ efficiency through the infusion of processes and technology
- Analyze and report on product use metrics
- Provide feedback to the product team on utilization of existing features, prioritise of new feature implementation
- Design, coordinate and implement training programs for personnel within the operations team
- Assist the business development team in meetings and pitches to potential clients and upsell to existing client
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Essential Requirements:
- Have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the customer-facing customer success field (Having experience in B2B SaaS company/PMC is a major plus)
- Have an acumen and tact of handling C-Suite discussions
- Experience in handling customer queries tactfully and
diplomatically to ensure that they stay subscribed to our product
- Smart thinker, innovator, decision-maker who can inspire customer loyalty
- Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations
- Ability to stay unbounded and do not restrict himself to the Job Description
- Willingness and ability to travel
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from tier 1/tier 2 college
- Competency in office software tools, Intermediate Excel skills
