Job Title: Customer Care Associate

**Job Description**:
As a Customer Care Associate (chat/calling), your primary responsibility is to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support through various communication channels. You will be the frontline representative of the company, interacting with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions to customers.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a courteous and timely manner, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for further assistance.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and products to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Document all interactions with customers accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures and provide feedback to management.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding practical solutions.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
