Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and collections.

Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements and reports on a regular basis.

Tax Compliance: Assist in tax calculations, filings, and compliance with all applicable tax laws.

Expense Management: Monitor and control company expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Budgeting: Assist in the preparation and tracking of budgets and financial forecasts.

Vendor and Client Communication: Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters.

Data Entry and Documentation: Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Audit Support: Prepare and provide support during internal and external audits.

Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of taxation and compliance.

Familiarity with automotive manufacturing or similar industry is a plus.
