**Job Summary**:
The Hotel Reservation Executive will operate the Reservations desk and handle all bookings & reservations recieved

**Duties/Responsibilities**
- Directs guest requests to appropriate hotel staff for assistance
- Maintains knowledge of hotel policies including room rates, discounts & special offerings

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

**Education and Experience**:

- Hote Management diploma or Graduation Degree required.
- At least 5 years of experience with the hotel required with at least 1 yr as reservations executive

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
