International Sales Coordinator

**Job Responsibilities: -**

1. Order Processing:

- Receive and review international sales orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter orders into the system accurately, ensuring all relevant information is included.
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Address order-related inquiries and discrepancies promptly.
- Sending quotation, Performa Invoice, Invoice, MSDS, TDS, COA, Packing List, and othercertificates etc.

2. Communication and Coordination:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for international distributors, partners, and customers.
- Communicate product information, pricing, and availability to customers and partners.
- Collaborate with internal departments (such as sales, marketing, Production Team, and finance) to ensure alignment on customer requirements and expectations.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding order status, shipment tracking, and any potential delays.

3. Documentation and Compliance:

- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Responsible for all export-related communications, documentation start and data entry of all shipments.
- Prepare all sorts of pre-shipment documentation as per the overseas client’s order (CAD / Advance payment / Letter of credit) for custom clearance.
- Prepare documents for Bank, client, other government offices to submit.
- Follow-up with bank for post payment receipt documentation.
- Ensure that all documentation meets export regulations.

4. Sales Support:

- Assist the sales team with preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations for international clients.
- Provide necessary product information, technical specifications, and pricing details to assist the sales process.
- Support the development and maintenance of sales reports and dashboards to track sales performance and market trends.
- Payment follows up with customers.
- Coordination with International customer for order as per the requirements.

5. Customer Service:

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle customer feedback and ensure that it is communicated internally to drive improvements in products and services.

6. Market Research:

- Gather and analyze market data, competitor information, and industry trends to provide insights to the sales team.
- Identify potential growth opportunities and areas for market expansion.
- Update the overseas with the current position.

7. Relationship Building:

- Foster strong relationships with international partners, distributors, and customers to enhance business collaboration and loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in international sales coordination, export procedures, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Multilingual skills may be advantageous, depending on the company's target markets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
