**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Support the sales team by coordinating sales activities, including order processing, customer communication, and sales reporting.
- Make outbound calls to introduce the company’s hardware products and services to potential customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that products are available to meet customer demand.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals.
- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings and conference calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's CRM system.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, including product catalogs and sales presentations.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that the company's sales processes remain efficient and effective.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹44,621.45 per month
