As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of nursing care, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our patients.
- Qualification Required- A Masters’ Degree in Nursing
M.sc/ MBA
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
(Bsc Nursing)
- Experience RequiredMinimum of 10-15 years of nursing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role at JCI, NABH Accredited Hospitals.
- Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of nurses, ensuring quality patient care through policy creation, audits, and resource management.
- Oversee daily department operations, including staffing, budgets, and collaboration with hospital administration and medical staff.
- Champion innovation by staying current with best practices and implementing advancements in nursing care.
