• A Masters' Degree in Nursing

• A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

• Experience RequiredMinimum of 1015 years of nursing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role at JCI, NABH Accredited Hospitals.

• Lead and develop a team of nurses, ensuring quality patient care through policy creation, audits, and resource management.
• Oversee daily department operations, including staffing, budgets, and collaboration with hospital administration and medical staff.
• Champion innovation by staying current with best practices and implementing advancements in nursing care.
