Job Description: Accounts Faculty

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver curriculum: Develop and deliver well-structured lesson plans, courses, and learning materials that align with accounting principles and industry standards. Create a dynamic and engaging learning environment that fosters students' understanding and proficiency in various accounting practices and concepts.
- Conduct classroom instruction: Deliver interactive lectures, workshops, and discussions to impart theoretical knowledge and practical skills in accounting. Utilize real-life examples, case studies, and current accounting standards to enhance students' understanding and applicability of accounting principles.
- Assess and evaluate student progress: Develop and administer assessments, quizzes, and examinations to measure students' comprehension and mastery of accounting concepts. Provide constructive feedback to students, highlighting areas for improvement and recognizing achievements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship: Foster a supportive and collaborative environment by acting as a mentor and advisor to students. Offer academic guidance, career counseling, and professional development support to help students succeed in their educational and professional goals.
- Stay updated with accounting practices: Stay abreast of the latest trends, regulations, and advancements in the field of accounting. Continuously update your knowledge and expertise to ensure that curriculum content remains relevant and aligned with industry requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues: Collaborate with fellow faculty members to refine curriculum design, share best practices, and contribute to program development initiatives. Participate in faculty meetings, academic conferences, and professional development activities to enhance your own professional growth and contribute to the growth of the institution.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and auditing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage and inspire students.
- Prior teaching or training experience in accounting is advantageous but not required.
