**Job Description: Accounts Coordinator Faculty**

**Overview**: We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Accounts Coordinator Faculty member to join our academic team. The Accounts Coordinator Faculty will be responsible for teaching and guiding students in accounting coordination tasks, ensuring they develop the necessary skills for success in the field. This position requires a strong background in accounting principles, effective teaching abilities, and a commitment to student success.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Deliver Curriculum**:

- Create and deliver engaging and comprehensive lesson plans and lectures on accounting coordination topics.
- Cover fundamental accounting principles, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll support, bank reconciliation, financial records maintenance, and financial analysis.
- Incorporate real-world examples and case studies into teaching materials to enhance learning.
- **Classroom Instruction**:

- Conduct classroom and/or online lectures, discussions, and workshops to facilitate student learning.
- Provide guidance and support to students, answering questions and clarifying concepts as needed.
- Utilize teaching aids and resources effectively to enhance understanding, such as visual aids, presentations, and interactive exercises.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design and administer quizzes, exams, and assignments to assess students' understanding and progress.
- Evaluate student work and provide timely and constructive feedback to promote improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
- **Mentorship and Advising**:

- Serve as a mentor to students, offering academic and career guidance.
- Assist students in developing their professional skills and preparing for careers in accounting coordination.
- Provide support and advice for students' academic and personal challenges.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay current with industry trends, developments, and best practices in accounting coordination.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development activities to enhance teaching effectiveness.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with colleagues and academic staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and administration, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development and improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting coordination or a related role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Previous teaching experience in a higher education setting is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP, Buzy, Quick Books, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students, fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Commitment to student success and continuous improvement in teaching methods.
