Sales & Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for IT services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new leads and potential markets.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors’ activities.
- Develop marketing strategies aligned with the company’s sales goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software development.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
