We're on the lookout for a Diamond Assorter who brings with them a solid decade of industry experience. This role calls for expert-level skills in the evaluation and categorization of loose and set diamonds. If you are a professional with profound knowledge of diamond grading and a keen eye for precision, we would like to meet you.

**Responsibilities**:
**Diamond Categorization**: Your task will be to categorize both loose and set diamonds based on the four Cs - Carat, Color, Clarity, and Cut. Using the industry's best practices and tools, you'll precisely document the main attributes of each diamond.

**Diamond Grading**: Utilize your specialized knowledge to accurately grade loose and set diamonds, ensuring that each item is thoroughly evaluated.

**Quality Assurance**: Uphold our high standards of quality control, identifying any issues or defects that may impact a diamond's quality or value.

**Record Keeping**: Keep precise records of each diamond's classification and grading. Generate comprehensive reports and documentation as needed.

**Team Coordination**: Contribute actively to the team, sharing your expertise, insights, and collaborating to uphold the finest quality of work.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 10 years of industry experience in diamond grading and assorting.
- Profound understanding of the 4 Cs of diamond grading.
- Proven ability to work with loose and set diamonds.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision.
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to keep detailed records.
- Superior communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

**Salary**: INR 60,000 - 1,00,000 per month
