**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Accounts Manager to join our front-line sales team. As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts within the pharmaceutical industry. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Doctors,Chemist, hospital administrators, and pharmacy directors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and supply chain, to support key account initiatives and drive business objectives.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to identify opportunities for growth and address any issues or concerns.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to anticipate challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to key accounts in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, RCPA, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales strategies and tactics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree Science, Pharmacy, Even D. Pharm, marketing, life sciences, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Cardio-Diabetes pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of success in key account management.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including knowledge of products, therapeutic areas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans and initiatives.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet targets and deadlines.
