**Responsibilities-**
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections.
- Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Reach out to house partners and explain the company's motto clearly to them.
- Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other required documentation for house partner meetings.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Update the property details, take the photographs and location as well through our employee app.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Note: Salary is negotiable.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rohini, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
