We are looking for a Customer Service Executive in Delhi NCR, who is willing to unlock and prove his / her potential by working diligently on the task assigned.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring smooth functioning of policies assigned for servicing
- Handling queries / escalations via mail and phone for the respective corporate
- Processing the reimbursement claims received
- Generating weekly MIS as per the client requirement
- Coordination with the Insurance company, TPA for endorsements and enrolment activity
- Sending data to person handling SAIBA for updation
- Claims follow-up and maintenance of registers
- Co-ordination with investigators / insurers /insured
- Scrutinizing of claim documents and ensuring correctness
- Claim calculation checking and follow for claim settlement
- Keep track of monthly endorsements and get the same done on time
- Check on CD Balance monthly and give intimation to client incase of shortfall
- Keep track of claims and get it done in agreed TAT’s
- Interaction, discussion and follow-ups with insurance company for endorsements and with TPA/Insurer for claims
- Internal co-ordination among the other members of the team

**Skills/Experience**:

- Should have minimum 3 years of experience into client servicing
- Should have sound knowledge of handling EB claims - Cashless & Reimbursement
- Should know how to get monthly endorsements done
- Should have good command on MS-Office specially in excel
- Good Communication Skills
- Self Motivated
- Team Player
