**ChildFund’s Commitment**
ChildFund India has collaborated with Olam Food Ingredients (OFI) with a goal to “establishing child-friendly communities in the cumin and chili supply chains in the states of Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh/Telangana”. To achieve the said goal, ChildFund will implement planned activities to increase awareness on child labour instances and existing protection and remedial systems as well as improve community and company level systems to prevent, monitor and remediate child labour in cumin and chili farming communities of Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh / Telangana. The project will also implement actions to reduce child vulnerabilities by improving livelihoods of farmers, workers, and farming communities. The project will be implemented in Bhadrachalam region of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and Barmer region of Rajasthan states over a period of two and half years.**About This Role**
- The Officer, ME KML will be responsible for working with the Project Manager - OFI and field implementation team for monitoring and evaluation, research, documentation, facilitating learning platform, generating MIS of field information. S/he will be responsible for institutionalizing knowledge and organizational learning based on the critical information collected from the program’s operations. S/ he will also be responsible for enhancing impact through regular monitoring of programs ensuring quality control and evaluation, thus improving internal processes that results delivery in the field.
The Officer, ME KML will also guide the program implementation team/s in the field on M&E, research, training and learning and will actively collaborate with the team based in field offices and project offices to amplify program quality, impact and communication.

**Required Experience and Education**
- Proven experience in designing and implementing M&E frameworks and systems.
- Deep understanding of M&E methodologies, including both qualitative and quantitative approaches.
- Proficiency in data management, Data Visualization and analysis software (e.g., SPSS, Excel, Power BI or other statistical tools).
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills
- 5-7 years of experience in the similar position
- Graduation/ post-graduation in Statistics or Social sciences.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with program implementation teams to develop Annual Project Plans and monitor the execution and outcomes.
- Build capacity of prograM/Field staff to develop instruments and design periodic (baseline, midline and end line) surveys and provide on-going support to field teams/programs as needed.
- Plan and oversee internal/ external evaluations, reviews and impact assessments of the assigned project.
- Ensure accountability through effective monitoring by
- Developing and managing M & E database and management dashboards.
- Compiling quarterly, annual and other periodic reports based on the information collected from the field.
- Managing, tracking and reporting of Detailed Implementation Plan of the project.
- Sharing updates at different levels and developing feedback loops, and,
- Conducting data audits for confirming quality of reported information.
- Develop, adapt and pilot innovative tools (including use of Information technology) in M&E for measurement and reporting of progress for the projects/programs.
- Design solutions to improve information access, data sharing and facilitate knowledge generation and cross-learning.
- Support the Business Development and Communication team by providing program insights through Data and Learning Documents collected from the field as required.
- Conduct periodic assessment and analyze reports provided by the field teams and prepare project level reports - Track the plan verses progress and provide feedback.
- Conduct periodic field visits for supportive supervision of the collaborating partners.
- Conduct data quality audits and validate project data with available Primary & secondary source of evidence.
- Any other responsibilities may be assigned by the Line Manager
