Job Summary:
Join The Schon as a Office Sales Executive, where you'll drive sales of our premium aluminium doors and windows. Your role involves cultivating client relationships, understanding needs, and achieving sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Client Management:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, and individual clients.

Conduct product presentations and provide accurate quotations.

Achieving Sales Targets:
Develop effective sales strategies.

Proactively seek potential clients and close deals.

Negotiate contracts to meet or exceed sales targets.

Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends.

Possess in-depth knowledge of The Schon's product range.

Market Research:
Conduct market research.

Provide feedback on market conditions and customer needs.

Collaboration:
Work with the marketing team on promotional materials.

Collaborate with customer service and installation teams.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven B2B/B2C sales experience, preferably in construction or building materials.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of aluminium doors and windows (preferred).

Goal-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred).
